In early 2024, their customer pipeline skyrocketed when the Corporate Transparency Act went into effect, and they turned to Bolster to find a Head of Customer Success.
Getting to the bottom of our clients’ overall needs is integral to our approach. Before beginning their search, SingleFile partnered with Bolster for an executive talent audit. We consulted with the existing leadership team, clarified their goals for the future, and provided guidance to shape their executive talent strategy. Together, we examined the Customer Success executive persona and defined the role. SingleFile needed someone who understood their unique GTM process and would be prepared to keep pace with skyrocketing demand. The right person would be a hands-on, cross-functional leader who could drive adoption and engagement.
Once the search began, our recruiting team sprang into action, and the first interview took place only 10 days after the kickoff call. We worked closely with the hiring team to gather, consolidate, and share feedback, contributing to a smooth decision-making process.
SingleFile hired a Head of Customer Success with experience leading a company through a major scaling process. She’s incredibly metrics-oriented, has proven her ability to manage a variety of stakeholders simultaneously, and is an excellent addition to the company culture.
